but i can't search with "VA" because i have to use 4 characters at least.

do you have a workaround for this problem?

You can also use a quick search by artists, if their name has less than 4 characters - just add a few spaces. For example by entering "va  " ("va" and two spaces), or for example "no  " ("no" and two spaces) then the pop-up results will display links to artists, including VA (various artists) or artists whose name "no" is found, including an artist with exactly that name
