Inventus, then it will be an upconverted file - just a 320 kbps MP3, but with the sound quality of a 128 kbps MP3. The MP3 format is lossy compression, so anything that has already been compressed to 128 kbps (for example) will remain that way forever, unless it is compressed to an even lower quality.

admin, a lot of people still think that converting a 128 kbps MP3 to a higher format will magically improve the sound quality :)

There's so many fake 320's on other music sites and P2P. That's why I love this site so much because you know it's a real 320 and not one that has been upsampled, upscaled or upconverted.
