HYPNAS, that would be Second Skin from when I first heard it in 1983. Close second would be View From A Hill, also Less Than Human, as well as Perfume Garden, damn so many others. They strike my heart like no others can.

It's true that "Second Skin" is a masterpiece. Personally, I prefer "Up the Down Escalator." I love the very special emotion it conveys.

I'm not familiar with this tribute!

Damn... love this band.  First heard "In Shreds" on KROQ FM radio way back and was hooked forever after.  And amazed by the range of styles, themes as I heard more.  (Soul in Isolation is my fave).

Of this year's best album! 💿✨️🫰🏻
