Die Shadow-Minds wurden 2003 gegründet und kommen aus dem hohen Norden Deutschlands. Die Band bestand damals aus Mike, Michael und Timo.
Aktuell bestehen die Shadow Minds aus Charly, Michael und Esche.
Ihre Musik bewegt sich zwischen treibender EBM und melancholischen, fast hymnenartigen Synthie-Pop, wobei bedingungslos Melodien mit Herzblut auf den Fahnen der Shadow-Minds geschrieben stehen.
Bis Ende 2004 wurden Songs wie Soon Down, Take Care, Endless Love am 10.
