Terror Against Terror was a one off project by Brian Williams aka Lustmord and Andrew Lagowski.
rhythmic / sample heavy / highly sequenced
First and only recording "Psychological Warfare Technology" was produced and processed January-April 1989 in Lagowski's studio, unfortunately, due to the two record labels that initially planned to release the album having to cancel due to financial problems, it didn't see release until 1992, by which time ideas and techniques incorporated where in many ways out of date.
