There are several artists using this name: 1) ELpH was a project of John Balance, founder of Coil, writer, producer, remixer, member of 23 Skidoo, Psychic TV, Zos Kia, and Current 93.. An outlet for Balance to “worship the glitch” a little more. The musical equipment was as much as a contributing member to any musical group as any other person.
