Manhole Vortex is keyboardist singer/song writer Rev. Ammonia D,( AKA Paul Seegers) and drummer/keyboardist Monkeyboy ( AKA Kevin Choby). Alive and well in the early 90's, Manhole Vortex produce music for the Arts Industria comps and release their own CD "Agents of Goldstein"
Early influences included Tangerine Dream, Peter Gabriel as well as the Canadian bands Front Line Assembly and Rush.
Though inactive for some time Manhole Vortex still puts out the occasional track or remix.
