Before Absorber there was Trittschall, a project dedicated to danceable electro sounds. In 2002 the two members Michael and Dirk decided to change the name into Absorber. In spring 2004 the new singer Kai, who already rocked numerous stages with several projects in NRW, joined te band. In their own studio - based in Schwerte / Westfalen, Germany - they are currently working on their debut album "Open your Eyes"., which will be released in summer 2004.
