Hailing from Berlin, the International Noise-Post-punk trio Elektrokohle brings together talents from Italy, Germany, and Brazil. Comprised of Suzan Flag on bass, Mr. Cigarette Butt on vocals and synth, and Mona Manie on guitar, their fusion creates a unique sonic landscape influenced by '80s Punk, Noise, Krautrock, DarkSurf, and Punk-Blues. Their self-described "Cold Punk" style draws comparisons to the likes of Suicide, Birthday Party, and Warsaw, yet maintains its own distinct flavor.
