Gerry And The Holograms (please note that the most scrobbled spelling here on Last.fm is Gerry & The Holograms!) were John Scott and C.P. Lee. John Scott was involved with Manchester artists John Cooper Clarke and Jilted John, and had another band (or possibly a solo project) called 48 Chairs. Christopher Paul Lee a.k.a. Chris Lee had been a member of Alberto y Lost Trio Paranoias until that band has disbanded in 1978.
They released two singles on the Absurd label in 1979.
