Formed circa 1993 and finally disbanded in late 90's, Lupercais was a brazilian (Brasilia, Distrito Federal) underground cult gothic band. Mixing early post-punk goth style with a pantheist and traditional romantic sensibility (and also constantly referring to historical marginal heroes and modernist artists), their music revolved around pessimism, anger, despair and depression.
