Strange Red Earth have been together for over 10 years. In that time, they have made 6 albums and 2 EPs of startlingly original music.
Their sound is about dynamics atmosphere and contrast - ‘from a whisper to a scream really does describe it well.
People seem to hear completely different influences in it according to what is in their own record collection. Not surprising, given its acoustic, electric, electronic nature.
