The Evasion On Stake

THE EVASION ON STAKE was created out of the ashes of Anti Trust by Haiko Herden as a solo project in early 1987, heavily inspired by the 80s New Wave scene. The aim was, to record some more monumental Electro-Wave instead of the minimalistic Trash-Wave of Anti Trust. Until the end of the 80s, the project recorded a couple of tapes, which only were given to friends in minimal editions. After the Label Beton Tapes was founded in late 1990, the tape „Night By Night“ was the first proper release on it, followed by „Prophecy“ in spring 1991.
