Black metal / post-punk side project of Famine from Peste Noire with a passion for French culture. So far Valfunde only released two songs including an instrumental song (on a split EP with Amesoeurs). Famine used Paul Verlaine's poem "Sérénade". The production is raw and is reminiscent of Peste Noire's demos. An English translation of Verlaine's poem (bearing in mind a poem can never be perfectly translated in another language):
