Voltpotion

Voltpotion is an electropop solo project created by Los Angeles musician Kari Chartreuse. The project blends elements of sensual diva disco, old school goth-industrial and euphoric trance. Showcasing her mezzo-soprano vocals interwoven with layers of synth textures, sound effects and drum & bass hooks, the songs celebrate love, independence, clubbing and occultism. Kari is a Detroit area native, graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Music-Theater, Audio/Visual Production and Philosophy.
